Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) upgraded to "Buy" from "Neutral" at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Shares inched 0.91 percent higher to trade at $797.32.
Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) upgraded to "Buy" from "Hold" at Argus. Shares rose 3.67 percent to trade at $3.70.
Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: MDRX) upgraded to "Outperform" from "Neutral" at Credit Suisse. Shares added 2.51 percent to trade at $12.66.
Biogen Idec Inc. (NASDAQ: BIIB) upgraded to "Buy" from "Hold" at Canaccord Genuity. Shares gained 1.23 percent to trade at $163.98.
E.W. Scripps Co. (NYSE: SSP) downgraded to "Neutral" from "Overweight" at JPMorgan. Shares declined 2.80 percent to trade at $10.43.
Verisign Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSN) downgraded to "Neutral" from "Outperform" at Credit Suisse. Shares inched up 0.45 percent to trade at $44.98.
FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) downgraded to "Hold" from "Buy" at BB&T Capital. Shares rose 1.20 percent to trade at $104.40.
First Solar Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLR) downgraded to "Underperform" from "Buy" at Bank of America/Merrill Lunch. The company's rating was lowered to "Neutral" from "Outperform" at Robert W. Baird. Shares fell 16.90 percent to trade at $26.06.
