Charts Setup - Arithmetic Chart
There are two types of setups
  1. Arithmetic Chart
  2. Logarithmic chart

Arithmetic Chart

You’ll see an Arithmetic chart below. This is the most common chart you will see. It is based on equal dollar amounts as opposed to the log chart which is percentage based.
You’ll find that in a range or in the short term that the arithmetic scale may be fitting. However, upon big moves, long trends or long time frames, you might find that the log scale is better. It’s also easier to draw long term trend lines on
