The Author and Wall Street Tools LLC (operator of iStockAnalyst.com) are getting into an agreement where the Author wishes to contribute written works to the Website.

Author will deliver the Work to WST via website submission, integration via RSS feed or delivery by email. When the Work is delivered to WST, WST, in its sole discretion, will have the option of accepting the Work or rejecting the Work. WST reserves the right to delete any published work without notification to the Author.

The author reserve the right to stop contributing new work and WST reserves the right to delete or not already published work. WST will maintain proper attribution for author’s work. The author retains full copyright and may distribute / publish as desired.

The Author represents and warrants that he/she is creator of the work and it is original except for excerpts from previously published works which fall within the bounds of fair use or for which permission to include has been secured from the copyright owners thereof; that it contains no matter which is libelous, unlawful or which infringes upon anyone's proprietary rights, including, but not limited to statutory or common law copyright; that it does not violate any right of privacy; that the statements in the Work are or will be true; and that the Author is the sole Author and proprietor of said Work and the sole owner of all the rights granted to Publisher, and has full power to enter into this Agreement.

Author grants WST the right to exercise the usual editorial privileges in the course of preparing the Work for publication, including but not limited to conforming the Work to its standard style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization and usage, as well making changes to length and wording. The author also grants the right to distribute the article title and summary to its partner sites.

Author agrees that he/she is undertaking the services provided here under as an independent contributor of Wall Street Tools LLC.

In the event WST is rendered liable for any damages which result from Author’s breach of the above representations and warranties and/or any other breach of this Agreement, then Author will hold WST harmless from and against such liability, including all reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred at arbitration, on any trial or appeal.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Exclusive jurisdiction of all disputes here under shall lie in the State and Federal Courts sitting Oregon, US to whose jurisdiction the parties submit.
