It is a mystery to me that a GROWTH company would have an IPO, only to declare a dividend!!!! Last I looked, almost 40% of the shares were owned by insiders, so they are just fattening their own pockets with the dividends. Investors aren't stupid, and that issue, along with the fact that they have done NOTHING with 2 years corporate income or IPO proceeds to grow the business. Other competitors have now mimicked (and expanded upon) OXPS' trading platform, have lower commissions, and definitely more knowledgeable reps taking calls. Good company, yet management has completely missed the ball, and has watched the train pass them by. Their CEO must be idiot to think that his technological advantage would last, and that no other company would catch up. At least they have paid themselves millions in dividends as they watch their market cap get eaten away over time. |
