Halter USX China Index Up 10.59% for Third Quarter 2009

For the third quarter of 2009, the Halter USX China Index (NYSE Arca: HXC) was up 10.59%.
During the same period, the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 14.98% and the NASDAQ increased 15.66%.
