(BULLETIN BOARD: CHFI) (the "Company"), a provider of financial support and services for China's large and rapidly expanding class of small and medium enterprises ("SMEs"), today announced that the Company intends to expand its business to include strategic direct investments in and acquisitions of the equity of SMEs through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Value Global International Limited, a British Virgin Islands company ("Value Global").

(BULLETIN BOARD: CHFI) , a provider of financial support and services for China's large and rapidly expanding class of small and medium enterprises ("SMEs"), today announced that China Finance's wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Shenzhen Hua Yin Guaranty and Investment Limited Liability Corporation ("SHY") has entered into a Memo of Bank-Guaranty Cooperation and a Guaranty Cooperation Agreement with China Construction Bank, Shenzhen Branch ("CCB") on September 1, 2008.
These agreements allow SHY to act as loan guarantor on loans from CCB, one of the largest financial institutions in China with over 13,000 branches, to SMEs on more favorable terms than many other companies.

(the "Company"), a provider of financial support and services for China's large and rapidly expanding class of small and medium enterprises, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Ann Yu, who also serves as the President of Shenzhen Hua Yin Guaranty and Investment ("SHY"), a wholly-owned indirect operating subsidiary of the Company, to serve as the Company's President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Compliance Officer as well as a Director of the Company and Chairman of the Board, effective as of August 29, 2008.
Ms. Yu succeeds Zhi Yong Xu, who has resigned from the Company, effective as of August 28, 2008.
