I am finding more charts that look good on the long side, although most would benefit from a low volume pullback. While the watchlist is dominated by long picks, I am not fully in the bullish camp yet. “Historic day” definitely refers to the global coordinated interest rate cut by the U.S., England, Europe, and China- the four most influential economies of our day. I was joking on my Twitter feed how exciting it was that China joined the “Allied Forces.” Yeah, the rate cuts probably took the world a step back from the cliff of a worldwide deep recession, but the positive benefits of the cuts, if any, probably won’t be felt for months and months. My latest column is up at RealMoney.TTM Technologies (TTMI) manufactures printed circuit boards for the high-end commercial and aerospace/defense markets. The company focuses on a “quick-turn” model that can provide custom-fabricated PCBs to customers within as little as 24 hours. This strategy allows TTM to charge a premium for quick-turn services (which account for 15% of total revenue) and insulates TTM from the extreme cyclicality faced by most electronics manufacturing services (EMS) providers. Jobless Rate Declines in Mentor

Oct. 21--The unemployment rate for Mentor, Lake County's largest city, is now the second lowest of all Ohio towns with populations of 50,000 or more residents.
For such rates in the state's 88 counties, Geauga County is second lowest, Lake County the fifth lowest and Cuyahoga County still above the average state unemployment rate, according to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
Despite jobless numbers decreasing in July and August through now, all three counties and Mentor are still above the same rates in September a year ago.

TORONTO, March 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Celestica Inc. ("Celestica") (NYSE, TSX: CLS), a global leader in the delivery of end-to-end product lifecycle solutions, today announced the expiration of its previously announced modified "Dutch Auction" tender offer (the "Offer") for a portion of its outstanding 7.875% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011 (the "Notes") and released information regarding final results of the Offer.
The Offer expired today at 5:00 p.m., New York City time with valid tenders (that were not validly withdrawn) by holders of $419.7 million in aggregate principal amount of Notes in connection with the Offer.
Because the Offer was oversubscribed, Celestica accepted all Notes tendered below the Clearing Price (as defined in the Offer to Purchase) and accepted Notes tendered at the Clearing Price on a pro rata basis, as provided in the Offer to Purchase with a proration factor of 61.89%.
