Dow dropped 226, decliners ahead of advancers 4-1 & NAZ sank 50. Two of the sharpest drops came at Kodak (EK), down 29%, & Allstate (ALL), down 21%, on glum reports. The weight of falling ten year rates and rising energy is offsetting the sell off in stocks. The dow is down over 110 pts but the MLP index which was down 1 earlier has been sitting near unchanged for the last hour and a half. EV Partners is up 1.59 as the biggest winner on its asset purchase. Duke Midstream(DPM), Buckeye Holdings(BGH), and Martin Midstream (MMLP) all up a point or more. Superior man accused of trespassing on own land also faces disorderly conduct charge

Dec. 5--Jeremy Engelking, 27, of Superior was expecting to be charged Friday with trespassing on a construction site in connection with a dispute over a pipeline being installed across his property.
But he was surprised to learn he also would face a disorderly conduct charge.
Engelking was arrested Wednesday after he confronted a crew on his property installing the line for Enbridge Energy Partners.
