Stull, Stull & Brody Files Class Action Lawsuit On Behalf of Investors in ProShares Ultra Oil & Gas Fund

The law firm of Stull, Stull & Brody announces that it has filed a class action complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired shares in the ProShares Ultra Oil & Gas Fund (the "DIG Fund") (NYSE: DIG), an exchange-traded fund ("ETF") offered by ProShares Trust ("ProShares"), pursuant or traceable to ProShares' false and misleading Registration Statement, Prospectuses, and Statements of Additional Information (collectively, the "Registration Statement") issued in connection with shares of the DIG Fund (the "Class").
In addition to the claims concerning ProShares DIG Fund, Stull, Stull & Brody is also investigating claims on behalf of investors in other ProShares leveraged funds (the "Funds") (see list below), such as whether ProShares failed to disclose in its registration statements: (i) that if shares of the Funds were held for a time period longer than one day, the likelihood of massive losses was huge; and (ii) the extent to which performance of the Funds would invariably diverge from the performance of the benchmark.

Etruscan establishes priority drill target in eastern Cote d'Ivoire

HALIFAX, Sept. 10 /CNW/ - Etruscan Resources Inc. reported on positive exploration results following a regional geochemical survey covering 1,000 km2 over the Daoukro Permit in eastern Cote d'Ivoire. Disseminated gold mineralization associated with a 1.8 kilometer long geochemical anomaly, has been confirmed in bedrock by rotary-air-blast ("RAB") drilling, outcrop sampling and trenching. The anomaly ("Dietekro") is characterized by strong gold and arsenic in soils coincident with a prominent 75 meter high hill that may be related to silicification. The Dietekro anomaly has been given the highest possible priority as a reverse circulation drill target. HALIFAX, Aug. 6 /CNW/ - Etruscan Resources Inc. (EET.TSX) reported today that its Youga Gold Mine located in Burkina Faso, West Africa produced 6,093 ounces of gold in July from 77,509 tonnes of ore compared to 5,127 ounces produced in June and 3,626 ounces produced in May. Etruscan upgrades gold resources at Finkolo joint venture in Mali

HALIFAX, July 28 /CNW/ - Etruscan Resources Inc. (EET.TSX) reported that an updated resource estimation has been completed for the Tabakoroni Gold Deposit on the Finkolo Permit in southern Mali which provides a 60% increase in the measured and indicated resource classification. This represents a significant upgrade to the quality of the gold resource, with 610,000 ounces now classified as measured and indicated and 220,000 ounces as inferred, versus the previous report of January 7, 2008 which had 382,000 ounces classified as measured and indicated, and 364,000 ounces as inferred.
