FieldPoint Petroleum Acquires Acreage in Texas

FieldPoint Petroleum has acquired working interest in the Block Field in Andrews County, Texas.
The acquisition price of $4.4 million is for working interests of 74% to 100% and net revenue interests of 59% to 87.5% in the leasehold and related equipment.
FieldPoint believes that the field offers an attractive opportunity for drilling additional wells, and that the proved producing reserves will increase when and if addition successful wells are drilled.

FieldPoint Petroleum Annual Net Income Marginally Up

Oil and natural gas exploration and production company FieldPoint Petroleum has reported a net income of $590,391 for the year 2008, compared to $558,078 for the year 2007.
FieldPoint Petroleum has reported revenue of $6.59 million for the year 2008, compared to $4.41 million for the year 2007.
The company has said that the increase in revenue is attributed to increased production and higher oil and natural gas prices, which averaged approximately $97.14 per barrel and $7.91 per million cubic feet (mcf) in 2008, compared to $71.26 per barrel and $6.19 per mcf in 2007.

FieldPoint Petroleum Adds Significant Production and Reserves

FieldPoint Petroleum Corporation (AMEX:FPP) today announced the acquisition of a working interest in the Block Field in Andrews County, Texas.
Based upon engineering reports and certain standard assumptions, this is expected to add approximately 204,000 BOE in proved developed producing reserves net to FieldPoint based on a $70.00 oil price.
"We are excited to control operations of this field, which produces all oil and should increase our daily oil production by approximately 35%," stated Ray Reaves, President and CEO of FieldPoint.

FieldPoint Petroleum Corporation (AMEX: FPP) today announced the progress of their initiatives to increase production at the Bilbrey North Field well number 7.
Mr. Reaves added, "The approximate 100% increase in production since the treatment of the well is an example of benefiting from the expertise in being able to identify this type of property and applying proper field management.
We are very excited about the potential of the Bilbrey Field going forward, however no time frame can be given as to when, or if, any drilling or development activity will begin."
