Halter USX China Index Up 10.59% for Third Quarter 2009

For the third quarter of 2009, the Halter USX China Index (NYSE Arca: HXC) was up 10.59%.
During the same period, the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 14.98% and the NASDAQ increased 15.66%.

Revenues for the second quarter of 2009 decreased 22.8% to $48.3 million, down from $62.5 million in the prior year's quarter.
Gross profit in the second quarter of 2009 decreased 19.4% year over year to $13.5 million from $16.7 million in the second quarter of 2008.
