Welcome back from the weekend! As the rest of the market returns from the holiday break, we should see more volume and volatility creep back into stocks. Only tomorrow will tell as to whether or not this is a positive or a negative for stock prices. At the moment, futures prices are trading slightly lower. We discussed about the VIX and I gave my opinion that the market could turn last week. For the last few days, we've been seeing rallies in the market, especially in the weak oversold sectors like Financials, Homebuilders and Consumer Discretionary. We've also seen continued sell-off in Coal and Steel sectors after brief spell of consolidation. As I said on 9 Jul, watch for a retest to go short or get some Put Options. GFPT Expects to See 40% Sales Growth: Japanese Venture Enables Expansion

Jun. 12--The listed chicken producer GFPT Plc plans to boost its production by at least 30,000 birds per day through its new joint venture with Japan's leading food company Nichirei Food Inc.
A contract establishing the new venture, GFPT Nichirei Thailand (GPN), was signed last November.
The Thai company, which holds 49 percent of the 1.56- billion-baht joint venture, is planning to build 30 chicken farms on a 10,000 rai compound in Chon Buri.
