Nov. 13--Idaho Gov. Butch Otter's monthly commentary on his economic development plan says the recession may be over but warns that there remains a great deal of work to do.
before we celebrate, let's remember that while we may finally be at the bottom of this downturn and starting to turn things around, we are not yet anywhere near where we were or where we want to be," Otter wrote in a statement released Thursday.
Otter issues a monthly update on his "Project 60" effort to boost Idaho's gross state product to $60 billion a year.
