      <description><![CDATA[&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nov. 28--GREENVILLE -- Officials with Cobisa believe there is still some life left in a plan to build a giant electric generating plant north of Greenville. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Although a city-imposed deadline to begin construction passed almost two months ago, Gregory Platt, vice president of the Houston-based Cobisa Corporation, said the company has not yet given up hope on the plant, which would be the largest single construction project in Greenville's history if it comes to fruition. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&quot;We're still plugging ahead,&quot; Platt said, adding Cobisa President Thomas &quot;Coby&quot; Knox and Jeffrey J.
