Internap Network Services Corporation (INAP) offers a suite of network optimization solutions that allow companies to transfer business-critical applications to the Internet. It offers products and services that optimize Internet applications for e-commerce, customer relationship management (CRM), multimedia streaming, voice-over Internet-protocol (VoIP), virtual private networks (VPNs) and supply chain management. Being a small player in a competitive industry, Internap has a relatively low revenue growth rate. Although the company has been gaining traction in its data colocation services, it is witnessing softness in its content delivery network (CDN) business. Being a small player in a competitive industry, Internap Network Services Corporation (INAP) has a relatively low revenue growth rate. Although the company has been gaining traction in its data colocation services, it is witnessing softness in its content delivery network (CDN) business. Much of this has been caused by the weakening economy, which has forced INAP to trim its 2008 guidance twice. Though the company has been making important upgrades to its CDN product, there has been a lackluster performance in the segment in the last few quarters. As such, we maintain our Sell rating on INAP with a price target of $2.50. Dallas-based ENSCO International, Inc. (ESV) is a leading supplier of offshore contract drilling services to the oil and gas industry. The company's drilling fleet consists of 44 jackup rigs, two ultra-deepwater semi-submersible rigs (ENSCO 7500 and ENSCO 8500), and one barge rig. Additionally, the company has six ultra-deepwater semi-submersible rigs (ENSCO 8500 series) under construction. ENSCO shares have been beaten down in recent days, broadly inline with its peer group, in response to the commodity-price weakness and overall market turmoil. The stock is down roughly 20% in the last four weeks alone, only modestly better than the 22% drop for offshore drillers (the S&P 500 pulled back roughly 15% during the same time period. Internap Network Services Announces Senior Management Changes

Internap Network Services, a provider of end-to-end internet business solutions, has appointed Scott Hrastar as its senior vice president of IP services and Robert Minnear as its vice president of engineering.
While Mr Hrastar will be responsible for business, engineering and product development initiatives for the company's IP and content delivery network (CDN) services product units, Mr Minnear will drive strategy and execution across the Internap engineering organization.
Mr Hrastar has more than 20 years of technical and management experience in the IP networking industry.
