14 Stocks To Watch On This Obvious Bounce Day

Here’s a list of potential shorts, but with future 5%+, I’m not really even gonna think about shorting of any of them today….remember 3 out of 4 stocks follow the market, so if I’m going to try to play the bounce—which is tough considering we’re gonna have a strong opening, aka you should’ve listened to LiveStock on Friday (wish I’d gone from 1-4PM instead of just 1-3PM as that late day rally coulda woulda been fun, oh well) where I said time and again, don’t be short over the weekend, don’t be short over the weekend, everyone’s gonna do everything in their power to try to get us to bounce—I’m looking for bounces in strong companies like ISRG, BRKA, AAPL & WYNN. MCG Capital Announces $15.5 Million Sale of Equity Investment in Coastal Sunbelt

MCG Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: MCGC) (“MCG”) announced today that it signed a definitive agreement to sell its equity investment in Coastal Sunbelt, LLC for approximately $15.5 million and to provide debt financing to support the acquisition of Coastal Sunbelt Holding, Inc. (“Coastal”) by its management team and MSouth Equity Partners, L.P. MCG’s net cash proceeds after providing additional financing will be approximately $15.3 million. In January 2007, MCG made its original equity investment in Coastal and provided debt financing. The cost and fair value of MCG’s equity investment in Coastal Sunbelt, LLC as of March 31, 2009 was $15.0 million and $15.6 million, respectively. MCG Capital Corporation (Nasdaq:MCGC) announced that on June 30, 2009 it received full repayment of an $18.7 million first lien investment from Cervalis LLC. This loan, which was scheduled to mature in March 2012, was repaid at par and $0.4 million above its fair value at March 31, 2009.
Cervalis LLC was a non-affiliate investment in MCG Capital's investment portfolio.
Cervalis LLC is a provider of managed storage, managed hosting, managed security, business continuity/disaster recovery and collocation services.
