CRASH: Oregon Couple Killed in I-84 Crash Near Boardman

May 20--Boardman A couple from Monmouth, Ore., was killed Tuesday when the truck they were in rolled off Intestate 84 near Boardman, authorities said.
Joanne Marie McDowell, 67, and her husband, Michael Wayne McDowell, 64, both died at the scene.
An Oregon State Police trooper witnessed the crash, which occurred at 5 p.m. about 10 miles west of Boardman, said OSP Sgt. Bob Cannon.

Dec. 29--QATAR DELIVERS THIRD LPG CARRIER: Qatar Gas Transport Company and Qatar Shipping Company have delivered 'Al Wukir', the third in a series of four Liquefied Petroleum Gas carriers.
The LPG carrier was delivered to the Hyundai Heavy Industries Co Ltd shipyard in Ulsan, South Korea.
ANALYSTS PREDICT FURTHER DROP IN OIL PRICES: US investment bank Merrill Lynch forecasts oil prices to average $50 a barrel in 2009, as energy demand tumbles in the face of shrinking economic growth.

OSG America Announces Increase in Proposed Tender Offer Price to $10.25 Per Unit

OSG America, L.P. (OSG America, NYSE: OSP) today reported that Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (OSG; NYSE: OSG), which owns a 77.1% interest in OSG America, announced that it has increased the price per unit that it will offer to pay for all of the outstanding publicly held common units of OSG America from $8.00 to $10.25 per unit in cash.
The increased offer price represents a 28% increase over the original proposed offer price of $8.00 per unit, a premium of approximately 44% over the closing price of the units on July 29, 2009, the last full trading day prior to the first public announcement of OSG's proposed offer, and a premium of approximately 42% above the average closing price of the units for the 90 trading days immediately preceding July 29.
OSG's decision to increase the offer price follows extensive discussions between OSG and a committee of independent members of the Board of Directors of OSG America LLC appointed to review OSG's offer.

Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (NYSE: OSG), a market leader in providing energy transportation services, today announced that it intends to initiate a tender offer for all of the outstanding publicly held common units of OSG America L.P. (OSG America or the Partnership; NYSE: OSP) for $8.00 in cash per unit.
Following the completion of the tender offer, OSG expects to acquire any remaining units not tendered through the exercise of a repurchase right contained in OSG America's partnership agreement.
OSG and its affiliates currently own approximately 53.3% of the outstanding common units, 100% of the outstanding subordinated units and a 2% general partner interest, representing in the aggregate approximately 77.1% of the outstanding equity of OSG America.

OSG America L.P. Reports Results for First Quarter 2009

OSG America L.P. (OSG America or the Partnership) (NYSE: OSP), the largest operator of U.S. Flag product carriers and ocean-going barges transporting refined petroleum products, today reported financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009.
The increase in TCE revenues was principally due to 351 additional revenue days and higher TCE rates earned by the Jones Act product carriers that have been delivered after the first quarter of 2008.
EBITDA1 was $20.0 million, up 11% from $18.1 million for the same period a year ago.
