      <title>NV Energy Purchase of Bighorn Generating Facility Completed</title>

      <description><![CDATA[&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;NV Energy announced today the completion of the acquisition of the 598-megawatt Bighorn Generating Facility from a subsidiary of Reliant Energy, Inc.
