A cloud-based invoicing tool that lets you create beautiful invoices using templates and makes it easy for clients to pay online by credit card or through PayPal. Also includes project management features.

2. Wave Accounting

Cloud accounting software that has great integration with Stripe allows you to accept credit cards even without a merchant account. You can also download reports for accounting purposes.

3. PeachPay

PeachPay is a cloud invoicing and payment software that lets you accept credit cards on your website. You can create a page for accepting payments from clients, including the option to send them an invoice with a link where they can make a secure payment using their credit card.

4. AWeber

Email marketing service that allows you to build email lists and send newsletters to your subscribers. You can also use it as a contact management tool. AWeber also comes with two autoresponder options – Standard which has more features plus an additional 20% fee per month, and Lite which is free but doesn’t have as many features as the first one. If you don’t want to pay a monthly fee, MailChimp offers a free plan with a limited number of subscribers.

A cloud-based team collaboration tool that lets your team share files, notes, images in real-time through chat rooms called channels which is great for remote workers who need to collaborate on certain topics or projects.

You can integrate Slack with Dropbox, Google Drive, and Box so they become available inside the chat room when someone mentions them which saves you from having to manually upload files.

You can also integrate it with Twitter, Google Hangouts, etc allowing your team to communicate with people from other social media platforms. If you’re a developer, the Slack API lets you build a custom integration for over 100 apps and services which is a great way to attract new customers.

Indy provides independent creatives and freelancers with a powerful platform to sell their services to customers. Through personalized profiles and portfolios, professionals can showcase their expertise and attract potential clients. Time tracking software that helps you manage projects from the planning stage right up to delivery. You can create tasks for your team members and estimate time spent on each task which is great if you have a freelancing team working for different clients at the same time. You can also monitor their productivity using screenshots, tracker app, etc so you always know how they spend their day.

13. YesInsights

Another survey tool that lets you create polls and surveys to gain customer feedback on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, etc as well as websites. It also has a Chrome plugin that you can use to create a poll from anything displayed on your screen without having to leave the browser.

The free plan gives you one active survey at a time along with some analytic data however if your business is B2B, there’s an option of linking up multiple free plans for larger teams.

You can complete each course by passing a short test which is great for people who need to brush up on their skills in between jobs or want to learn something new.
